Direct Call Centres is a UK based inbound and outbound contact centre, owned and managed by call centre veterans with 50 years combined experience.
Since our inception, we have covered a variety of campaigns and tasks, from connecting with voters in the lead up to elections to managing ongoing travel sales and marketing projects. Based in Southend, we are lucky to be located by the sea, but also, due to a high number of call centres in the area, we have a large pool of highly skilled and trained employees to recruit from.
